The Forum for Transparency and Democracy in the Brazilian Party System conducted two workshops to co-create commitments for each theme addressed by the initiative: transparency, internal democracy, diversityand inclusion, and integrity. The activities of the eight meetings were carried out online in an unprecedented collaborative process, facilitated by members of Transparência Brasil and with representatives of the four parties that agreed to join the Forum (Cidadania, MDB, PCdoB and PSDB), civil society organizations and academia.

During the second workshop for each theme, an Action Plan was drawn up, detailed in this report, which defines specific commitments and their respective implementation milestones for each area. On May 29, 2024, the Citizenship, MDB and PCdoB parties formalized their adherence to the commitments. The TB will monitor the implementation of the defined timetables and will work with civil society and the parties to ensure that the expected results are achieved.
